Chlorella Blancmange

Ingredients
300 ml Almond Milk (or Milk or Soy Milk)
1 tbsp Tepid water
5g Powder Gelatin
20g Sugar Small drop of Vanilla Oil
Some chocolate for decoration
1 tsp (3 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder
Directions
Dissolve Sun Chlorella® powder in tepid water and mix it. — (a)
Put powder gelatin into above (a). — (b)
Put Almond milk (or Milk or Soy Milk) and sugar in a pan and put it on the fire.
When sugar melts, stop fire and add above (b) and mix it to dissolve gelatin. — (c)
Add vanilla oil to above (c). Then shift it to a bowl. Mix it by rubber spatula while cooling it with iced water.
Flow into a container once it becomes creamy, and cool it with refrigerator for 1 hour.
Decorate with crushed chocolate.
