Chlorella Blancmange

Chlorella Blancmange 

4 Servings 


  • 300 ml Almond Milk (or Milk or Soy Milk) 

  • 1 tbsp Tepid water 

  • 5g Powder Gelatin

  • 20g Sugar Small drop of Vanilla Oil 

  • Some chocolate for decoration 

  • 1 tsp (3 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder 


  • Dissolve Sun Chlorella® powder in tepid water and mix it. — (a) 

  • Put powder gelatin into above (a). — (b) 

  • Put Almond milk (or Milk or Soy Milk) and sugar in a pan and put it on the fire. 

  • When sugar melts, stop fire and add above (b) and mix it to dissolve gelatin. — (c) 

  • Add vanilla oil to above (c). Then shift it to a bowl. Mix it by rubber spatula while cooling it with iced water. 

  • Flow into a container once it becomes creamy, and cool it with refrigerator for 1 hour. 

  • Decorate with crushed chocolate.
