  • 200g Pasta 

  • 80g Bacon Some Olive oil

Chlorella Carbonara Sauce: 

  • 2 Egg yolk 

  • 5 tbsp Whipped Cream

  • 4 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano Powder 

  • 1 tsp (3 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder 


  • Mix ingredients of “Chlorella Carbonara Sauce”.

  • Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water. 

  • Heat olive oil and cook bacon until crisp in a pan. 

  • Add 2 tbsp of pasta water and boiled pasta in a pan. 

  • Add “Chlorella Carbonara Sauce” and stir until thickened with the remaining heat.
