80g Bacon Some Olive oil
Chlorella Carbonara Sauce:
2 Egg yolk
5 tbsp Whipped Cream
4 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano Powder
1 tsp (3 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder
Mix ingredients of “Chlorella Carbonara Sauce”.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water.
Heat olive oil and cook bacon until crisp in a pan.
Add 2 tbsp of pasta water and boiled pasta in a pan.
Add “Chlorella Carbonara Sauce” and stir until thickened with the remaining heat.
