240g White Flour
100g Unsalted Butter
1+2/3 tsp (5 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder
Sift flour and Sun Chlorella® powder into a bowl.
Mix unsalted butter until smooth and creamy.
Add sugar and blend until soft.
After beaten an egg, mix well with above unsalted butter and sugar.
Gradually add flour and chlorella powder mix and blend until the dough is smooth.
Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and put it into a refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
Make it into any shapes you like and bake in a 170°C/338° F oven for 15 minutes.
