  • 240g White Flour 

  • 100g Unsalted Butter 

  • 80g Sugar 

  • 1 Egg 

  • 1+2/3 tsp (5 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder


  • Sift flour and Sun Chlorella® powder into a bowl. 

  • Mix unsalted butter until smooth and creamy. 

  • Add sugar and blend until soft. 

  • After beaten an egg, mix well with above unsalted butter and sugar. 

  • Gradually add flour and chlorella powder mix and blend until the dough is smooth. 

  • Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and put it into a refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

  • Make it into any shapes you like and bake in a 170°C/338° F oven for 15 minutes.
