1 tsp (3 g)[nbsp_tc]Sun Chlorella® Powder

250 g[nbsp_tc]Flour

125 ml[nbsp_tc]Milk

17 g[nbsp_tc]Butter

Some[nbsp_tc]Lemon Juice

Omelet:

Beat eggs, whip cream and salt & pepper. When they are mixed to some extent, beat them more with Sun Chlorella® Powder. — (a)

Melt butter on a frying pan and pour (a) Shape it into a half-done omelet.

Melt butter on the omelet.

Sauce:

Melt butter and beat it with flour.

Cook it over on low heat pouring milk little by little. Stir it to avoid lumps.

Adjust its concentration with milk and whip cream. Add salt & pepper to taste.
