Chlorella Sweet Potato Soup

  • 200 g Sweet Potato

  • 200 ml Water

  • 200 ml Milk (or Soy Milk)

  • 1 Bouillon Cube

  • Some Sliced Sweet Potato (for decoration)

  • 1/2 tsp (1.5 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder


  • Peel the skin of sweet potato (not always have to) and slice it. Soak it in water for 5 minutes to skim off foam.

  • Put water, bouillon cube and the sweet potato into a pot and boil them.

  • Add milk (or soy milk) after the sweet potato becomes soft.

  • Put above soup and Sun Chlorella® powder into a blender and mix them.

  • Put above soup into a pot again and simmer soup on low heat.

  • Heat up sliced sweet potato for decoration in a microwave and float it in the soup.
