Chlorella Sweet Potato Soup
200 g Sweet Potato
200 ml Water
200 ml Milk (or Soy Milk)
1 Bouillon Cube
Some Sliced Sweet Potato (for decoration)
1/2 tsp (1.5 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder
Peel the skin of sweet potato (not always have to) and slice it. Soak it in water for 5 minutes to skim off foam.
Put water, bouillon cube and the sweet potato into a pot and boil them.
Add milk (or soy milk) after the sweet potato becomes soft.
Put above soup and Sun Chlorella® powder into a blender and mix them.
Put above soup into a pot again and simmer soup on low heat.
Heat up sliced sweet potato for decoration in a microwave and float it in the soup.
