  • Appropriate amount of Any kind of favorite cooking ingredients like fish, vegetables etc.

  • 800 ml Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil

  • 150 g Wheat Flour (Low protein flour is recommendable)

  • 1 Egg

  • 300 ml Cold Water

  • 1+1/3 tsp (4 g) Sun Chlorella® Powder


  • Put above (b) in a bowl and mix it. — (c)

  • Heat oil to 170-180°C/338-356°F.

  • Dip above (a) into (c), and fry it in oil.
